Return Policy

1.0 RETURNS AVAILABLE FOR REPLACEMENT, EXCHANGE OR REFUND

FREE RETURN SHIPPING – WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY
For ready made product and made to measure product that has been delivered:
a) with a fault.
b) with a discrepancy to the product’s information on our website.
c) with a discrepancy to the order that was placed. 

2.0 RETURNS AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY

2.1 FREE RETURN SHIPPING – WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY
a) For ready made garments if a different size is required.

2.2 CHARGED RETURN SHIPPING – WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY
Only for ready made products:
a) if you have changed your mind.
b) if you do not like the colour or style.
c) that are an unwanted gift.

***Please note that returns of this nature are subject to the items being unused & in original brand new condition. 

3.0 RETURNS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REPLACEMENT, EXCHANGE OR REFUND

a) Any ready made product, for any circumstances that are not outlined in point 1.0 & 2.0 above.
b) Any made to measure product, for any circumstances that are not outlined in point 1.0 above. 

4.0 UPDATING INCORRECTLY PLACED ORDERS

4.1 READY MADE PRODUCT
a) If you have made an error in your order of ready made product, you may be able to cancel or change that order provided it has not yet been shipped.
b) If the order has already been shipped, then our standard returns policy applies.

4.2 MADE TO MEASURE PRODUCT
a) If you have made an error in your order of made to measure product, you have a 24 hour window in which you can cancel or change your order accordingly.
b) Once the 24 hour window has expired, the order can not be cancelled or changed, and our standard returns policy applies. 

5.0 ALTERATIONS SERVICE FOR MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS

Whilst we endeavour to provide clear and accurate methods and examples for selecting your size and taking your measurements, it’s possible that some measurements may not turn out exactly as expected as a finished garment.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any returns for made to measure products outside of circumstances outlined in 1.0 above, however we do offer an alterations service for any of our garments if required. The return shipping for this service is charged to the customer and the cost for each alteration is quoted upon enquiry. The general lead time for alterations is 2 weeks however the lead time for each alteration will be quoted upon enquiry also.

To organise an alteration please contact us here with a detailed description of what you require and we will reply within 24 hours the quotations stated above. If you would like to go ahead with the alterations we will require a confirmation in the form of payment for the quotation in full, which can be made online via the quotation, or over the phone with a credit card. Once the payment has been made, we will be in contact within 24 hours to confirm pick up from your required address.
