J H Cutler Pty Limited will refund Making The Cut (“the Book”) if purchased from this website. Please retain your proof of purchase and follow the instructions below. The Book must be returned to Level 6, 12 O’Connell Street, Sydney.
Change of Mind
Returns for refund for change of mind can be requested via our ‘Contact Us’ page. We do not provide returns or refunds when you have changed your mind. We are not obliged to provide a refund or replacement for a ‘change of mind’ request. If we do agree to your ‘change of mind’ request, the Book as shipped must be returned in original condition.
Damaged or faulty book
We guarantee that the Book you receive from us will be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose for which it is sold, match the description and sample of the Book on our website. Where the Book has arrived damaged, mis-bound, or faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please let us know by visiting our ‘Contact Us’ page. Where the Book does not meet the consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a refund. We may request to see your proof of purchase.
How long will my refund take?
We will make every effort to process refund claims within 3 business days of receiving your request. Where we provide you with a refund please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer’s procedures.
